課程概述 |
這門課將討論幾個主題（1）人權思想在西歐與美國的興起與傳播；（2）人權運動的制度化，特別是聯合國與NGO的發展；（3）人類學與人權論述的關係，特別是文化相對主義與普遍人權概念的緊張關係；（4）原住民的人權與文化權的論述（5）人權論述與制度的限制與後果。 |
