課程概述

這門課將討論幾個主題(1)人權思想在西歐與美國的興起與傳播;(2)人權運動的制度化,特別是聯合國與NGO的發展;(3)人類學與人權論述的關係,特別是文化相對主義與普遍人權概念的緊張關係;(4)原住民的人權與文化權的論述(5)人權論述與制度的限制與後果。
